1. classes Classes take place according to the information
given. There will be no classes during school
holidays. No refunds will be made if you fail to
attend classes.
2. changes/dates Due notice will be given for changes in
dates.
3. registration Registration can be made either by mail
or by phone. Places are given out on a first come first serve
basis. The agreement is concluded after having
received a registration confirmation.
4. fees Class fees are to be paid on the first
of every month. This includes the holidays when no classes take
place. Fees won´t be reduced if the teacher
can´t attend a class once because of illness.
5. payment type Fees are to be paid cash or after agreement into the account.
For simplification payments can be made by
means of a debit entry.
6. contract period The contract is for an indefinite period
and can be cancelled in writing four weeks prior to the quarterly
period. Cancellations are subject to important
reasons.
7. liablilty Liability for people and damage of property
is limited to gross negligence and criminal intent. There will be no liability for faulty
behaviour of others so far as there are no opposing legal regulations.
8. holidays Holidays comply with the holiday regulations
of the respective federal state.
9. Legal right of use The course participant agrees to the reproduction
of his or her work, which was made with or without the
teachers help during a class, for showing during
classes and for depiction in the general public
(newspaper articles, invitations to exhibitions,
homepage). In this respect the course participant
concedes in a single legal right of use.

General terms and conditions for workshops
(weekend courses and one-week courses): If the class is already full or has
to be cancelled due to a lack of applications we will contact you
either by
phone or by mail, possibly at short notice.
Already paid fees will be refunded. Further claims towards the
art school are not possible. Cancellations of weekend and one-week
courses have to be received in writing at least 8 days before the
beginning of the course.
Cancellations after the deadline are not possible.
You will not be reimbursed if you fail to attend the course without
having cancelled.
